TIME OUT, TIME IN
We tell our children, when they get restless and a bit naughty, to take a TIME OUT.
When we get a bit restless we need to take a TIME IN.
For our TIME IN, let’s take three mindful breaths:
Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in
Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out
Breathing in, I am calm
Breathing out, I am at ease
Breathing in, I smile
Breathing out, I relax
Breathing in, Present Moment
Breathing out, Wonderful Moment
