Zen Sitting in Chiang Mai

Good news!  Zen has come to town.

Every Wednesday and Friday evening there will be Zen sitting at the Seven Fountains Spirituality Center on Huay Kaew Road  (across from Donut Dunk’em and up the street a bit–look for TREES). It will be in the old wooden chapel.

For beginners there will be a welcome talk at 7:00 pm.  The sessions will be from 7:30 to 9:00 pm.
