Thoughts for These Times
We need our practice now more than ever and I will be “there” in the mindfulness net when we all sit tonight and connect with each other and with love. This is the time to remember Thay’s teachings and to practice it every minute of the day and night. It is easy to lose mindfulness in these wild times, reading the news on the internet, listening to the tv and talking to friends.
Fear spreads so fast.
Let’s all come back to ourselves, to our islands of peace and love.
Looking at the beautiful sky in Chiang Mai I am calm and happy.
Knowing that our sanghas are always there for us I spread peace and gratitude.
