No meeting February 2nd and a Poem

Dear Friends,
Just this once we will not be having our cozy little Thursday meeting on February 2nd. But we shall all be back for our usual Thursday meeting on February 9. Meantime . . .
Drink Your Tea
Drink your tea slowly and reverently,
as if it is the axis
on which the world earth revolves
– slowly, evenly, without
rushing toward the future;

Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh is amazing person working with metta – loving kindness primarily. I wish that people understand the power of the metta energy that can move the world. Sadhu.
