Day of Mindfulness

Join us for a Day of Mindfulness at Wat Palaad on Sunday, January 6. We will meet at 9am at the start of the Monk’s trail. You can also meet us at Wat Palaad at 10am if you do not want to walk up. At Wat Palaad we will practice total relaxation, Loving Kindness meditation, dharma sharing and mindful eating.

Please bring your own vegetarian lunch to enjoy, mosquito repellent and a meditation pillow to sit on. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes that cover your knees and shoulders (out of respect for the monks).

We will end around 1:30pm and you are free to stay for a bit longer or return by yourself on the beautiful nature trail.
Participation is free of charge and we will offer the possibility to practice generosity by giving a donation to a charity or good cause if you want.

    Morning, Steve. This sounds wonderful. I will see you Sunday at Wat Palad at 10am. As the session is ending at 1:30, I can stay to the end.  See you Sunday, yours, LInda
